There was reduced authentication success rates for payments processed by Stripe between 17:49 and 19:53 UTC on 12 February 2026. We can confirm that authorisation rates returned to normal levels after this and we have monitored normal levels throughout the day today.

We’re sorry about the late notification of this issue.

Services using Worldpay were not affected.
