Today’s scheduled maintenance has finished. We successfully upgraded our infrastructure and are not aware of any operational issues.

GOV.UK Pay will be partially unavailable between 10:00am and 02:00pm on Wednesday 15 November 2023.

During this time, you will not be able to sign in to the GOV.UK Pay admin tool.
Services will also not be able to use the API to search for payments or take recurring payments.

Services will still be able to create and take one-off payments (through the API and using payment links). It will still be possible to refund payments and check an individual payment’s status through the API.

We’ll keep this status page updated. If you have questions please email govuk-pay-support@digital.cabinet-office.gov.uk.
