Monitoring

We've released a temporary fix to prevent further duplicate webhook messages from being sent.

We are now monitoring the issue, and will update further if there are any changes.

Identified

Some webhook messages are being sent multiple times. This may cause issues for services who are expecting to receive webhook messages only once. We are working on reducing the number of duplicate messages being sent.
We will update further once we have more information.
