We’ve identified the delay to some Stripe refund payments being paid out and are taking steps to address the issue. Some refunded payments will continue to be delayed by up to 3 business days. This means your users may experience a delay in the refunded money reaching their bank account. No action is needed and you can continue to issue refunds, but be aware of the possibility of slight delays in processing. Any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

We are currently investigating an issue which is causing some refunds for services using Stripe to be delayed. Refunds will be reported as successful in our API and admin tool, but the payment to the paying user may be delayed. We’re working with the relevant parties to resolve and any refunded payments across impacted services should resume as normal.
